With over 21 years of experience in the non-profit sector, I am working as Assistant General Manager Human Resources at Development Alternatives, a leading social enterprise that promotes sustainable and inclusive development. I hold an MBA in HR and a Master of Science in Information Technology, and I am passionate about leveraging my HR and IT skills to support the organization's mission and vision.

I oversee the HR operations and strategy for a diverse and dynamic workforce of over ~1100 employees across India. I have successfully implemented various HR initiatives and systems that have enhanced the efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement of the HR function and the organization as a whole.
